Winteris here and it’s chillies and walnuts season! That make us very happy because it is the season to cook the traditional Mexican dish called Chiles en Nogada.
These chillies have a fantastic story behind them, come to try them and we will tell you all about it.

Chalupitas poblanas. Thick tortillas fried with salsa and shredded poached chicken Crema de chile poblano . Roasted poblano chilli creamy soup Tostada de tinga. Crispy flat tortilla served with shredded chicken cooked with tomatoes and chipotle chilli Mole poblano. Smooth dark sauce made with dried chillies, spices, nuts and cacao. Served with poached turkey breast. Chile en nogada. Poblano chillies with minced pork filling enhanced with fruits and a creamy walnut sauce Mexican hot chocolate and churros
