Mi Mero Mole

Day of the Dead Dinner Party

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA ‘El Dia de Muertos’ (Day of the Dead), Mexico’s most famous holiday,  is a day to celebrate, remember and prepare special foods and drinks in honour of those who have departed. We believe that on this day they come to visit us. Hence we have to be prepared for their arrival, with all the things that they liked to eat and drink. For this occasion I have designed a menu with very typical foods, with the iconic ‘Mole’ which is very common to have on this day. As well as pan de muerto (Bread of the dead), plus other delicacies from Mexico City. b
