Pico de gallo is one of the typical Mexican salsas. It is, I think, the easiest one of them all. Eat it in tacos, quesadillas, or scoop it with totopos (corn chips).
Ingredients:
1/2 cup finely chopped white onions
1 cup tomatoes finely chopped
jalapeño chilli to your liking, finely chopped
4 tbsp. finely chopped fresh coriander
Salt
Mix all the ingredients gently. Serve immediately.
If you want, you can add a few drops of lime.
